The Real Estate Store, Inc. (TRES) is a true one-stop real estate corporation—sell a home, buy a home, secure a loan, and close escrow all under one roof, through three in-house companies built to work together. In today's busy world, ourclients shouldn't have to juggle three different companies to handle one transaction. We built TRES so they don't have to.

The story starts in 1989, when my father, Wasilik Klimenko, began his career at ERA Realty. By 1996 he'd earned his broker's license and opened his own company, United Klimenko Realty, in Montebello—continuing a path his own father and uncle, Willie and Nick Klimenko, had started before him. In 1998, the company moved to Uptown Whittier and grew into one of the top real estate offices in Los Angeles County. Wanting to give clients more than just a sale, he opened LoanAxis Inc. in 2000to handle home loans in-house, then EscrowAxis Inc. in 2002 to bring escrow under the same roof. With all three companies unified, the brokerage took a new name: The Real Estate Store, Inc.

From your first appointment to the close of escrow, our team keeps you informed at every step—our in-house loan officers pre-approve every buyer before offers are reviewed, and our in-house escrow team handles every signature, recording, and payoff, right down to wiring your net proceeds directly to your bank.
